Mr. Trotter has averaged more than 25 transactions per year for the last 5 years, ranging from 1,000 square foot office leases to 250,000 square foot logistic centers. His focus is on Tenant representation enhancing transactions with his ability to provide his clients with the services needed while ensuring that they find the right location under the best terms which meet their needs.
